Tucson, Arizona - The Maxwell Football Club has announced that Arizona Wildcats quarterback Noah Fifita has been named a finalist for the prestigious Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Award. This honor recognizes the exceptional contributions made by Fifita during his standout season.

Under Fifita's leadership, the Wildcats soared to unprecedented heights, securing a remarkable 10-win season and a berth in the title race. He etched his name into the Wildcats' record books, rewriting various passing statistics and establishing new standards for the program.

In a memorable clash against rival Arizona State, Fifita showcased his brilliance with an astounding 527 passing yards and five touchdowns. His aerial connection with wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan produced a staggering 266 receiving yards, captivating fans and leaving an unforgettable mark on the rivalry.
